Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be applicable for exchange (this does not include original delivery costs). You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. Also, merchndise returned for exchange via shop.eyeoutyourdreams.com will be processed within 15 business days of receipt. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-reundable.
SOMNIA reserves the right to refuse exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS for tracking purposes. Pease be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. SOMNIA will not assume resonsibility for reimbursement or compensation in event that return packages are lost,stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
